Same place as yesterday. A excellent fishing day: 33 Whitefishes between
400-1400 grams. Enjoyable fishing!

Flyfishing 12.30-18.00 o´clock in Lankoski rapid area. Quite a lot of
water, but not too much. Some stoneflies were flying, but rising fishes.
Perhaps two bites, but still NF.
Anyway, GOOD FEELINGS!

Hannu and Reiska
In the morning after seatrouts. No followers, no bites = NF. At noon to
fish whitefishes between Sundholm and Bjonholm islands. Result in three
hours: More than ten whitefishes between 400 and 800 grams. Bites we had
tripple so much as caught fishes = real action.

The round trip of whitefishes. Ölmos 8,30-10.00 o´clock: NF.
Lövö, the side of Kasnäs 10.15 -11.30 o´clock: NF, in the morning
they had caught three fishes at this area. Lövö the side of
Dragsfjärd 11.30 -13.00 o´clock: NF and Söljeholmen 13.15-14.15
o´clock: NF. That´s IT!

Ice-fish tutoring on the Lake of Littoinen 10-13.30 o´clock.
Total NF´s. We were lucky,
everyone caught at least salads (Elodea).

Lielahti 27.3
Janne Turunen was ice-fishing
pikes in Lielahti area this morning. He made his new record in
ice-fishing pikes. The bait was a Niko´s balance-jig ( in photo).
This female fish hit the bait at 10.15, and it weights 9,7 kgs. The
fish must have been really hungry. You could see a tail fin of a nice
size bream in the throat of the pike.
So I had to take photos!

Fishing whitefishes by a large stone. 8 whitefishes, biggest a bit under
one kilo. Fishes were now in quite a shallow water.

Zander-fishing. The ice is still quite good at this area. Fishes were
hitting only about two hours in the morning dawn. Pena: 4 legal fishes

Hunting whitefishes on Aland waters. Result one flounder AND TWO
WHITEFISHES! 400 gr and 1970 gr. Fishes were over 6 meters deep.

Seatroutfishing to 15.00 o´clock. No trouts, but Bude 2 pikes and Hannu
one, all about 1,5 kgs.

the start of the boat got broken. In the afternoon Bude tried to fish

Jari and ktl + 85 people of the
parish of Ylöjärvi
Zanders were not on the mood to eat. Jari caught 4 small ones under 37
cm minimum. Ktl tested new baits: 20 roaches and two perches with Turbo
Spinner. The result of this huge team was weak. The maestro was perhaps
a young fisherman with 5 zanders over 37 cm and one burbout about 1
kilo.

Checking if there is already
stoneflies in the rapid area. But "Nothing". I followed
a lively dipper to dance on the stones, and taking photos of these
winterly views. No fishes and wet stockings, but who cares! Summer is
waiting!
The Lake
of Biel, Switzerland 27.2.

Bernin exhibition was over monday evening.Tuesday was the day of
feed-back. Finally, wednesday was a day for fishing! I had asked my
friend Andreas to get tutoring in hegene-fishing at the original
enviroment of this teqnique. Hegene is a rig of flies with which swiss
fish specially whitefishes (Coregonus lavaretus). Arctic chars and
perches take hegene, too.

Behind You can see the island of St. Peter
We fished on the Lake of Biel. Our skipper was Harry. First place to be
anchored was by the Island of St Peter. The great poet Schiller lived on
this island 20 years. The echoload showed some fishes and we caught some
fishes, too. Some small perches (minimum 15 cm) and 5 whitefishes (min
25 cm) Alfred
