In the year 2000 Hk Varma co presented a new product at Helsinki Boat Exhibition. Then it was called Puikko, but later on this devon-stylish spinner is known internationally as Turbo Spinner. Turbo is made in two sizes: 80 mm and 40 mm. At the top picture You see the colours, which are at this moment in the production. Five colours: Silver, Gold, Yellow with red spots, Black with yellow spots and Pearly with black spots.

There is a lot of possibilities to fish with Turbo. You can cast it both in still and running waters. The advantage compared with classic devons is, that Turbo does not wind the line, because it rolls freely. First the line through the hole of Turbo. Next a plastic pearl under the Turbo to work as a ball bearing. At the end of the line You tie the hook. It can be single, double or triple. On the 20-60 cm upwards of Turbo You fix a round lead weight to easy the cast. You can use normal hooks or a epoxy coloured hook or a feather hooks, even real flies like streamers are effective. Tie on the line a flyhook (streamer) and fix on it a Grub twister: Perches and Zanders will go crazy!  SFM Team waits for the seatrout season to begin:First Turbo and behind it a seatrout streamer!!!

Second way to fish with Turbo is in trolling: Tie the Turbo on the line in front of a wobbler or a spoon (40-80 cm). It works as an extra attractor.

Third way to fish with Turbo is vertical jigging. SFM tested on one icefishing trip Turbo. Result was about ten roaches and a couple of perches. In testing I found out, that inthe picture there is a mistake. For vertical jigging the right order of the parts is: the hook, the large lead pearl, plastic pearl, Turbo and the uppermost a small lead, which is a stopper. You can use a normal hook, an epoxy hook, a mormyska or a fly.
